The Networking Pyramids

Most underutilized consultants and unemployed professionals spend considerable time networking. But very few people network in the most effective manner.

In this presentation, you’ll learn about the two Networking Pyramids: a hierarchy of places to network and a hierarchy of activities. Then we’ll explore ways to apply it to your individual situation. The Networking Pyramid applies equally well to consultants, job seekers, and employees.

We’ll also examine a potentially controversial definition of networking.

Please bring something on which to write to capture your ideas from the exercises and the brainstorming sessions.
